The simple ground rules.

By using mydating.com you agree to a few things. None of them are clever. Read them once and you'll know what we expect from each other.

You must be 18+

This is an adult product. Don't use it if you're under 18.

Be decent

Don't use the service to:

• Generate content involving minors, real people without consent, or anything that would be illegal where you live or where we operate.
• Harass anyone.
• Try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service. (If you want API access, just email us.)

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Usually we'll talk to you first.

It's not a real person

The presences are AI. They feel real because they're built well — not because they are. They aren't therapists, doctors, lawyers, or emergency responders. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a person. Call or text 988.

Beta

We're in closed Season-1 beta. Expect occasional breakage. The service is provided "as is" — no warranty, no guarantees of uptime or fitness for any particular purpose.

What you say is yours

You own what you write and what your presence helps you create. We don't claim rights over it. We do need a limited license to store/process it so the service works (deliver messages, persist memory, synthesize voice). That license ends when you delete the content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the prior 12 months — which during beta is zero.

Changes

We'll email you before changing anything material here. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
