Privacy
Plain-language privacy.
Last updated April 2026.
Short version: we collect what we need to run the service and nothing more. We never sell your data. You can read, export, or delete what we've stored at any time.
What we collect
- Your email address (for sign-in).
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email, and profile photo. Nothing else from your Google account unless you explicitly connect something later.
- Your conversations with the presences in the app — text, voice transcripts, and the things they remember about you.
- Basic technical logs (IP, browser, errors) to keep the service working.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't use your conversations to train shared/foundation models. They're used only to make your presence remember you.
- We don't share your data with advertisers.
Service providers
To run the app we send your messages to a few trusted vendors: Anthropic (the LLM that powers conversation), Azure (text-to-speech), and our cloud host. They process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.
Your controls
- Read what we've stored about you (settings → memory).
- Edit or delete individual memories.
- Export everything as JSON.
- Delete your account — and everything attached to it — anytime.
Beta caveat
